This is my second time using this hair salon the first was only a style 12 yrs ago for a tie back fancy hair bun, but I had a wash/cut recently. I am from the Caribbean with Black/Native Indian curly, wavy, bushy hair mix and Lucy done a fantastic job. She actively listened to what I wanted done and also gave me recommended advice. Lucy also has curly hair so I felt comfy and in good hands. I have my follow-up trim already booked.

This place is the most amazing salon I've ever been too. I got treated so nice and the result was fabulous. I asked to have my hair braided, and it was just what I wanted. I will definitely be back when I come back to London. I loved it. Thank you so much.

So so so impressed. I usually go to various London places all the celebs use. I actually think Kim did it better and I won't be bothering schlepping into town anymore. She got what I wanted (very high balayage and long bob) even though I didn't really know what I wanted. And nailed it. My hair's really tricky to colour blonde and many (many) have failed miserably.

Lovely family run business Toby was great restyled my hair exactly as I wanted. Washed it next day after quick blow dry it fell into place ..I have very thick hair have not had that for MANY years. 🤩

Robert and his staff could not have been better, more friendly or more helpful. I hadn't had a cut or style in a very long time and they were great, helping me with advise on a suitable style, length and cut.. They were also more than happy to help with cutting off 31" of hair to send to the Little Princess Trust Charity! I can safely say, the final cut is the best I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After a difficult 2023 with serious health issues that meant I lost a lot of my hair, I decided to get it cut. I am an ex hairdresser and had not had my hair cut for a year because of my health. I was so down about my hair, but also really scared to trust someone to layer it properly, but I took the plunge and went to Robert today. I really can't stress how happy I am, it has changed the way I feel completely, I haven't felt good about myself when going out because of my hair! It doesn't matter how nice your clothes are, if your hair isn't right, you don't feel right. I still have a long way to go with my hair growing back, but I am now totally confident to let Robert cut my hair from now on, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I can't thank you enough Robert for making feel so much better! See you again very soon:)))) Susan x

I was so happy with my experience with Tobias. I went along with my partner who also had a haircut and loves his outcome. Regarding my own experience, Tobias made me feel so so comfortable which as a woman I feel is important when receiving any treatment from a male. (Not to be sexist but it was important to note that I felt he was brilliant and professional). I received the butterfly layered cut which looks amazing. I chose Tobias because I found if someone can create a variety of looks, they will be able to create anything.
He was lovely to speak with, a genius in his craft, and executed my desired look with the utmost thoroughness. He’s found a regular client in me. Thanks again Tobias. See you next time.

I've got to give these guys a 6/5. Their customer service is second to none, the salon is clean, comfortable and inviting and my stylist Josh is a marvel. Never afraid to try new ideas, follows my instructions to the letter, advises on what would suit and what wouldn't and is a thoroughly lovely guy. I couldn't find a complaint if I tried. Also, they make a lovely cup of coffee 😀 thanks guys and girls.

Booked an appointment for my mum. Was able to get an appointment for the next day. Once my mum had returned from the appointment, she was extremely pleased with her hair, the salon and particularly Amy who did her hair for her and squeezed her in for a blow dry.
